Firepower Adjustments:
- Dispersion on the move (max) improved to 0.16 (6.08)
- Dispersion from sight rotation (max) enhanced to 0.10 (3.13)
Mobility Enhancements:
- Max forward speed increased from 35 to 38
- Engine power upgraded from 720 to 770
- Specific power boosted from 14.06 to 15.04
- Horizontal sight translation speed accelerated from 27.12 to 31.29

General Changes:
- Tank durability repair cost raised to 14,175
